how fast can a 1993 Nissan 300ZX without turbo go?

The car gears out at 160 in 5th gear and redline

The governor limits it to 150 MPH; the twin turbo's governor is 160. I don't know why they are different, bu they are. I have hit the governors for both. My '93 is TT-swapped slicktop.

If you know what your doing and get the right program you can re-flash ANY stock computer to remove the rev limiter but keep in mind if you are doing this to a car with a warranty it voids it no matter which way you put it. I've got a stage 2 SRT-4 and can hit 170 easy and the 300 zx should be able to do about the same given the correct engine mods to make sure that the motor can hold that kind of stress.
