tested 1996 ford bronco transfer case module now won't star tuns over but won'tstart

Sorry folks, I sent the answer to my problem, but looks like I did it the wrong way. the problem was while testing the transfer module I hit hit the inertia switch which shut off the gas,reset it and all is fine now.
