Greetings, I have a 1997 Nissan Quest and the Windshield Wipers and Radio only work when the car is turned on, but once I start driving, neither the windshield wipers or radio works

Just to give an update on my question, I figured out thru toying around with the ignition switch that it was not lined up properly so with a slight movement of the key/switch I was able to get it to work.
