Why are my Brake lights staying on

My brake lights are staying on as soon
as I start the truck.

If you press your foot to the floor it should pop back up to full length, it could be anything from your ebrake being engaged/stuck, bad wiring, bad fuse relay, speed sensor, and even bad master cylinder or resivoir.
