Check the battery 60 months old time to replace it. Have it checked for 12.6 volts and a load test preformed on it. Terminals need to be clean and tight not corroded, grounds are a common issue, Cables / wires get oxidized after 16yrs IF everything appears OK Have a voltage drop test done on the starter circuit. Very BASIC

I'm not sure if it's the problem. But I have a 95 maxima and it does the same thing. It just makes a single clicking noise.. I'm not sure if there's a deeper issue with my car or not but for me, I put my car in acc/start and shift the car in reverse then back into park, turn off the car, and start the car normally and it works.

I have a 2013 Nissan Maxima my car was running fine all morning. Later that night I left for lunch at my job and that’s when the problem started. I went to go start my car and it wouldn’t start. The car has power but will not turn over also theres multiple clicks every time I try to start it up....are you able to identify this problem?
