1997 ford ranger xlt 6 cylinder

my 1997 ford ranger ran fine i disconnected my battery for an extended period
of time. Now it starts, runs rough and dies. It is not throwing codes, any ideas
would be appreciated.

Check MAF mas air flow sensor clean ,check crank shaft positioning sensor , is check engine light on , go to Autozone check codes , ...good luck
