Hi I have a mitsubichi 3000 gt can any body tell me if there is a fuse or sensor for the sparks plugs because there is no spark or what may cause not to start

First thing to check is your timing belt. If it broke you will have no spark. Hope it didn't tho cause if so you will also have bent valves.

most likely the PTU or ECU actually,, could be the T belt but most the time the PTU or ECU is to blame,,

by the way theres other causes but those are the likely suspects and where I would start,, the T belt and what I said that is
