car will not start after head gasket repacement?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I drove my car home. then replaced my broken head gasket after replacement and
connected all removable wires then battery. ooh and rota the engine 4 times to TDC.
then try'd to start the car; will not turn over at all. what can i do to get it started?

it doesn't crank?? or it doesn't start??

now the car is trying to start. but i do not know if the timing is wrong.. how can i set the timing on my car??
