Loose grounds on 91 and 92 gts cause all sorts of issues. Check and clean all battery connections. Check and clean ground connection to frame and engine block. If manual transmition check clutch pedal switch. There are two of them one is closed when pedal is not being pressed (cruise switch) the other is closed when pedal is being pressed(ignition safety switch). The later will be the one you will need to check for proper adjustment and operation. Check solenoid connection on starter. Female connection tends to become loose over time. Pinch with pliers or replace female connection.(must have tight fit.). I did these things to mine when it was acting the same as yours and the problem went away for a few months. When it started acting up again I repeated these steps again with no luck. Turned out that the wiring harness that connects to the back of the ignition switch was loose. There is a small screw that holds the harness in place and it was loose. Tightened it up and problem is gone for good now. Hope this helps.

3000GTs have a horrible issue with the starter only receiving the bare minimum amperage required to turn it. When it gets cold, you can get the "click-click-start" issue a lot. Check out this link: http://www.3si.org/forum/f1/100-guaranteed-click-click-start-fix- part-2-a-241359/
