Do you know how old the tensioner and idler pulleys are? If no then I would replace them. When I do not know the age of them I replace the tensioner and all idler pulleys. Do you have to change them? No. But for such a small cost now it will give you piece of mind till your next belt change.

Just a reminder. If the tensioner, timing belt or idler pulleys fail you will be re doing your heads due to bent valves.
