Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm trying to find out if I need to change my whole
control arm or if I can just change my ball joint I
have searched with the model and year and some
ball joints do come up but I've also read that for
mitsubishi 3000gt 1994 they didn't make any ball
joints to change cause they want ppl to just
change the whole control arm so there for can I
just change my ball joints ??

Yes you can replace just the ball joint it self or replace whole assembly, you may need a press toll to do it.

My mechanic said he could do it I just want to make sure it be a good fit and I won't be left without a car and then have to get the whole control arm , is there a specific size or brand that will fit
