How to wire in a second battery?

Can I come off the main supply at the fusebox under the seat and ground to the
body, or do I need to run positive and negative wires from the main start
battery?
The second battery will be located behind the driver seat.

Run the wires positive to positive and negative to negative. Use a battery isolator unless you want the second battery for starting. https://www.etrailer.com/question-259273.html
