Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Can I change at least the top motor mounts on my
car and be able to stop some most of the vibration
and enough to make it to where I can drive 4 hours
home then replace other ones

I can't say as I don't know what is causing the vibration. Change them out and see if it helps.
