How do you check if it's working properly

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got into a car accident. I was able to drive my car home but I parked my car.
The next day when I WENT to start it wouldn't start. When I opened up my hood
my 100 fuse on my car broke. I got a new one put it in but my car still doesn't
want to start. When you turn the ignition it doesn't make that sound when you
turn the ignition to let you that fuel is going into the fuel pump

Did the person hit you or did you hit the other person? If they hit you then have the adjuster look the car over and have them pay for the repairs, sounds as if you have a major short in the car..
