How to rev match or down shift properly

How do you revmatch in a automatic or down shift
properly. Is there a certain rpm ?

Hi So here's my question if anybody knows? When you are on a complete stop and you are using a sport mode in an automatic transmission, do I have to put it on neutral or I can just hold the break pedal and have the 1st gear on before I accelerate?
