Can I use a smaller tire safely?

Can safely I put a 225/60R18 Blizzak Winter tires to replace my stock 265/65R18 on my 2019 Suburban LT?  I have these tires already mounted on an old 2010 Chrysler 2010 300C rims and TPMs.  Running no loads, just a few kids here and there.
