You'll have to pop the interior panel off and go through the inside, with the window rolled up. It's one of those projects that requires patience, it can be a real PITA reaching everything.

I found the answer on YouTube and did it myself. I don't have small hands either but it can be done. The door panel on the inside is very easy to pop off. Take a putty knife of good quality and start at the bottom corner and start prying off. Good luck.

This was easy. After you pull the inside panel off, just 3 screws, it reveals the insulation. Just pull back the upper corner of it to reveal the 3 bolts that hold the handle. With a ratchet and extension with a number 10 socket, unscrew the 3 bolts. If they just spin, pry the handle off even if it breaks. The bolt is attached to a stud in the plastic handle. Once you break the handle off, you can put a set of pliers on the stud to remove the bolt. Then remove the latch bracket to remove the latch rod. Then just put everything back into the new handle. This all takes about 20 minutes
