Why does my 06 Eclipse GS brake pedal goes down couple of inches after about 30 seconds when stopped.?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

While at a stop, my brake pedal slowly goes down a couple of inches. There is still plenty of pedal and the brakes seem to work OK otherwise. I suspect the master cylinder?
