Loud hum under right hood/tire area

Thought I had a bad wheel bearing, replaced coils/struts/ upper and lower ball
joint no change~ got even louder grinds, drives like brakes are on

You thought is was a bad wheel bearing and then changed other things? What about the bearing?

Wheel bearing or stuck brake caliper are a couple of possibilities.
