You need three things to have a vehicle running. Fuel, Fire and Air. Start with the basics. Are you getting Fuel to the injectors? Are you getting fire to the spark plugs? Air flowing into the motor? Pull a plug spark plug out and ground it to the block to check for spark when you try and crank it over. If your getting spark to all plugs then move on to fuel delivery. Spray some starting fluid in the intake or throw some gas on a rag and hold it up to the throttle body and try to crank it over. If it runs for a short time then you have a fuel issue. Good luck

Had a similar problem withj an older ranger. Ended up being the ecm relay. Pulled our hair out, had no spark and no fuel. Did all kinds of crap ended up being an 11 dollar relay. Check them all.
