37 to 43 psi is spec but anywhere from 30 to 50 will work.

I found out the timing belt has to be changed.how long should it take me?

The timing belt is about a 4 hour job with hand tools but requires a couple of special timing tools that make it error proof. If you have access to air and can get the ford camshaft tool T94P-6256-CH or its aftermarket twin its not to bad. I suggest getting a service manual and reading the procedure a few times before getting started.
