How would I fix this problem?

Tried hardwiring in a aftermarket CD
player and now my alarm goes off
everytime I try to start it

I don't think you can, the car thinks the radio or something in the system was stolen or the car is being broken into to... I would put the it back to the way it was, and take power direct from the battery to power up the CD player. Make sure you install a inline fuse a close to the battery as you can...
