Quick fix to stop alarm from going off on my 2002 cougar

I need a simple fix to stop alarm from
going off. I'm newly widowed and out
of town. Please help

ask your mechanic to see if your door needs to be rehung. Mine goes off randomly too, and the problem was caused by my doors being just off kilter to close completely. The alarm goes off even from a strong wind gust, in the middle of the night.
