Get the value from kbb.com and print it out. Then ask them how they determined the value of the vehicle at the time of its destruction. If you can't come to an agreement then the next step is to speak with an attorney. The only problem with this is the attorney's fees will probably exceed the value of the vehicle. Good luck to you!
