Crank but won't start

I have a 10/99 Chevy 3500 with a
7.4 motor 454 I have replaced the
fuel pump the cap, the rotor the
plugs the wires ignition modular
coil and everything else that has
to do with the ignition and a tune-
up it ran fine for weeks and now
I'm having an issue it will crank
and will not start

    won't start unless poor fuel into throttle body is there a relay for the fuel pump or the fuel pump died it was running when I parked it
