Wiring harness

I have a question I have a 98 ford ranger with
a motor 2.5l I'm looking for the whole wire
harness for the engine but I can't find year 98
trucks in the junk yard what other year can I
use for the wiring harness on my 98 ford
ranger ?

Wiring harnesses can be very vehicle specific, even minor changes between model years and engine/trans options can make the harness incompatible without hacking into it. I would obtain a part number for that harness from a parts desk at a dealership then go and search the yards for it, you may need to let a local yard use their inter-parts locator to search nationwide.

Have look ok? Thanks 1985 Ford Ranger 3-4 photos 2.8L-50M engine cranks but no start new parts fuel gauge on first tank works so under dash questions and photo shots of the vacuum lines found some cut under covering.

Also asking in addition my phone at 34% behind driver seat the Fuel tank sensor. Test question with a 9 Volt tester as recommended both tested ok.so truck when I installed new Battery,Starter,Starter cable to New Solonoid and New Regulator new fuses but number 5 fuse for panel lights no power with tester and so its not starting.now here is a photo of the new Ignition Switch bear with me cause of how I installed it you can see the screws could there be a wiring problem here on the column harness or ignition switch I'm real close.thanks.

Man am I thankful finding out about yu Car .Gurus ( to tell you the Truth.ni ascended master guru ever descended to the lower parts of the earth to bear the death sentence upon all men.only The Son of God not human but the Word of God bore our sin on that cross died and was raised from the dead after 3 days only Jesus Christ.so turn me off but let me just say to capture your attention .a a a Yogi ..come on this is a rare moment the wind is fast against my truck .so my questions .I know you would consider.

Just this last harness which I think is vacuum.could you look into this CARGURUS Registered trademark I acknowledge see the cut lines?
