2000 mpv blows cold air in the heat setting. What can cause this problem?

Possibly the valve that allows hot water in to the heater core is not working, not opening, or the linkage to it. I don't know if that particular car is mechanicaly/cable operated or vacuum driven. But in either case, no water in core, no heat. This is assuming your car is up to operating temperature

Well its getting hot and the water is disapating where is it going i cant see a leak anywhere
