Why charge with no ad

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I was starting to place ad to sell my vehicle and when I went to pay, computer
said card was not valid, so I used my other card.  Today, I have 4 charges on
my CC and one on my Debit with no AD nor a chance to finish placing it and
adding photos.  I need ALL of those refunded to me please!
