Can the oil pan be easily dropped on the 2002 mazda mpv 3.0

This is supposed to be your oil pan. It doesn't appear to have any indentations to make me think there are obstructions.... http://www.amazon.com/Dorman-264-028-Oil-Pan/dp/B001C6Q7HG Make sure you have a new pan gasket, and some type of gasket sealant before you begin. Torque wrench would be nice
