1999 Lincoln Continental dash lights flash then it stalls.

1999 Lincoln Continental. Dash lights flash (TBS the Battery) then it  stalls.
The battery is drained but I can jump start it but it will stall out in a few
minutes.

Check the alternator and associated wiring. The charging system is not charging the battery and when the battery runs low on voltage the car will stall.
