What could be wrong with the transmission

I have a 2003 lincoln ls 3.0. It shifts
hard in all gears. How doni fix this?

Could be a transmission mount that you need to replace. My LS Kinda does the same , but not in all gears. I'm having my tranny mount replaced this week....
