2003 Lincoln Aviator engine light is on. A tuneup was done.changed spark plugs, replace 2 coils.auto has slow pickup/acceleration

2003 Lincoln Aviator recent tuneup. Replace 2 Coils, spark plugs but the car is very very slow acceleration no pick up power.engine light is on. we have added fuel injection oil, gas enhance cleaner, engine cleaner. This cost us $480. The auto was taken to a certified auto repair and taken back for a review of what was done. Why when you touch on the gas it will not pick-up? It was not during this before.

If the check engine light is back on it could be some new problem. With no acceleration it could be a plugged catalytic converter.
