Dead battery in Lincoln ls trunk no access

Is there a alternative jump spot under the hood I
can't pop the trunk due to no battery

Look around the starter for a very heavy red wire/cable. That is always the "positive" lead to the battery. Anywhere on the metal body will be the "negative". Energize those to pop the trunk open.

Those trunks have an electric solenoid actuated by turning trunk key.
