Rear view mirror has writing inside of it?

My rear view mirror (2018 Ford Flex) has a
barcode and some writing that appear only at
night. Any ideas what this is and can I fix it?

No idea, but take it back to the dealer and ask them to replace it. I know I wouldn't want to see any distracting images in a rear view mirror.

Thanks Ken. I was afraid that would be the answer. I don’t get along very well with them, gonna have to suck it up and give them a call.
