first time that I turn the heat on and only cold air! wtf

Any resolution? I’m having the same problem, Ford says it’s caused by an aftermarket stereo and they can fix it until all stereo equipment is returned to stock.

I have a 2017 f550 and it is at the dealer for no heat today for the sixth time. I will never buy another ford!
