1999 ford taurus wont start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

the motor wont turn over. the battery is charged, the headlights work, the battery terminals
have been cleaned. when you turn the key to start, the headlights stay bright but all the
dash lights go out. I don't know if it's the starter solenoid, the ignition switch, or the battery
cable going to the solenoid. can you help?

I kinda having the same problem. mine is 97 I change the spark plugs it not it. oh did stall out when you stop at a stop sign or go slow
