Truck valuation/price

My truck lists out at over 43000.00
but my asking price of 44900.00 is stated as more than 3000.00 over fair price  
and trucks with lesser equipment are listed as fair price  at the same asking
level??

If you ask dealer prices the truck will show as over valued.
