Cranks but won't start. Changed ignition lock cylinder and crank pos sensor

No place for a gage took the return line and have fuel there

How did the problem start? It is either "Fuel" or "Spark". If its in the fuel delivery system just try starting fluid and if there is no change the you likely do not have proper "spark". If fuel is an issue check fuel pump for sound when key is turned on (it should make sound), Could be injectors, fuel pressure, clogged air filter or cat converter, clogged fuel filter etc. If spark is an issue: check for codes, crankshaft pos sensor, camshaft pos sensor, check for spark while car is cranking on a plug etc. Pull codes at a local automotive store and they can usually get you started in a reasonable direction. Don't throw parts at a problem - diagnose then fix.
