I want to convert my Rocam to B3 engine.will it fit
straight or will need modification on mountain

Not worth it. You will have to change the engine, transmission, Clutch and hydraulics, The wiring, Cluster, Drive shaftes, Suspension and front wheel hubs . Every thing will have to be re-aligned. You will be waisting your time , and on resale or thrade in it will be worth nothing !
