460 swap

I have a 460 out of a 1985 motorhome with
less than 3000 miles and I would like to put it
in a 1995 Ford 450 would this be a hard
swap

Yeah it'll be hard but think of all the fun you'll have driving back and forth to the gas station

Which engine is in the 450 now? Changing and engine with the same type of engine is normally straightforward. If the F450 has a different engine, then things become more complicated. Motor mounts, exhaust. emissions, ECM, gauges, etc. All can be fixed but lots of additional work.
