My car is making a clunking sound?

Hello everyone. I just replaced the clutch in my focus . Now when driving ?
Getting a clunking sound. Any suggestions ?

All the time ? Coasting in neutral , push in the clutch any change ? New everything , throw out bearing ? Changes with acceleration ?
