2017 honda civic air conditioner

I have a 2017 Honda Civic Touring and I'm having issues with the AC. The
air isn't blowing cold at all! Granted, I don't expect it to freeze me out when
there is 90+ degree weather, but I do expect for it to cool the interior of my
car down!

My car is currently in the shop and I was told that there is a notice about the
condenser, no recall, but a notice that they recognize that there is an issue. I
was told that only *IF* the condenser didn't show any signs at all of road
damage they would replace it, but only *IF* no signs. I'm fine with this
because I drive perhaps 10 miles a day total, but that irritated me. They
know that there is an issue but they don't care to make it right?

Has anyone else had this happen to them with their Civic's?

Has the gas leaked out? Try regassing with coloured dye to see if there's a leak. This would be the first port-of-call to diagnose why there's no cold air, and the cheapest of the faults that my be causing it.
