what fees and dollar amounts do i have to pay on top of the price listed on cargurus. ie taxes,omvic fee, lic fee

Sales tax is the biggest extra cost. Registration is another but you can look up these fees at your states DMV website. Dealers fees are negotiable and I would not pay any at all.
