Heater going on full blast while off

Asked by Flor Jan 22, 2018 at 11:57 AM about the 2017 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LT RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I drive with a cold temperature outside my heater
goes on full blast while being off. Only way to control it is
by turning the AC as low as possible 60. Why does this
happen if it’s new!
