If the damage is not fixed you can't sell it for much of anything. If it was fixed correctly you probably will still take a hit when you sell it. Can't say how much. Would you buy a car that had major damage and pay full price?

Just to add a couple of mentions - if the damage isn't fixed, you may have great difficulty finding an insurer who will insure it from now on for you. And I think most car shoppers now run CarFax reports and get the scoop on past accidents, so there's no getting around it. The key question is was there damage to the frame or the axles that affects how the car runs, steers, etc. Your car is only a year old, and you already took a big depreciation hit the moment you drove it off the lot. Most of us have been lucky throughout our car-driving years and done well with buying and selling our cars. This time is probably not going to be one of those times. We all hit a snag now and then. Good luck!
