The 2017 Dodge Journey car battery drops voltage too often.

Get it tested. In fact get entire charging system tested, it's free at most auto parts stores. If battery is dated from 2017 it's likely near the end of it's life anyhow, most only carry warranties for 5 years. Check cables for worn or loose ends, too, check for corrosion, etc.
