It's a common problem for more than 10 years. My 2018 xt you must roll it all the way down, then back up. Usually it just rolls right back down half way again. So driving while fighting with random windows rolling down. I actually had important things stolen from my car due to window rolling down when I wasn't watching. Such a pos car with 20 plus problems not fixed under solid warranty. They deflect all problems. Dirty sensor or some stupid lies. I can't even file lemon law because they erased my visits from computer and stole the complaint papers from my glove box during one of my dozens of complaint visits. I'm done with Subaru.
