I had a spoiler put on my 2017 Malibu and first it would not stay closed, and now i cant get it open?

I just had a spoiler installed on my car. The first day my
trunk would not close and when my husband closed it the next day it doesnt
open.

Clearly the spoiler is interfering with the trunk latch. All I can say is I would try to both operate the latch and pull up at the same time. Once it is open remove the spoiler.
