Question type: General

I am not able to post a new listing because it tells me I already have a listing
posted which I don't. I sold the 2017 Silverado that I had months ago when I
traded it into a dealer. I am now trying to post another 2017 truck. I have tried
to delete the old listing but it doesn't work. In fact the truck shows up in the
dealers listing who I traded it to. Yet it still shows up under "MY LISTINGS"
with my pictures but with the dealers description of the vehicle. I think they
have even sold the truck by now because it's no on the dealers website any
longer. The Vin number is 3GUKSEC3HG132865.
Thanks

You probably need to contact the dealer to remove it from the system before you can post yours up. Here is the FAQ, https://cargurus.helpscoutdocs.com/article/45-why-is-my-vin- being-rejected

The help link didn't have any answers ...as far as the dealer, the new vehicle has a different VIN number so why wouldnt it let me post it? and since I closed the listing under my listings it also doesn't make sense why it tells me I already have the vehicle listed...
