ROUGH OR STALL JUST LIGHTS GO OUT

Bad/missing ground ? look for wiring problems under the dash related to brake and dash board .

Do the dash lights go out when you hit the brake peddle; when you decelerate; or when the car has stopped moving. It makes a difference? Don't you just get sick of these uninformative questions?
